Our Program

Here at Success Unlimited, our goal is to support individuals with disabilities by creating independent lifestyles through employment opportunities and residential assistance. We serve people with all types of disabilities including developmental, psychiatric, head injury, physical and learning disabilities. Success Unlimited has provided support services to over 600 individuals since 1991 and currently provides ongoing support for 80 people with disabilities. These clients are referred to us from Human Services departments found in our resource page. 

We provide community-based employment training and support to these individuals who may need assistance with finding and keeping a job. Candidates who meet the criteria for the job coaching support are referred from the Human Services departments and we work with them to find an employer that will suit their skills. We also provide residential support services for those who have developmental disabilities who live in their own apartments and require assistance in maintaining independent living. 

Success Unlimited is overseen by a volunteer board of directors that promotes our goal as 

a non-profit organization; supporting each individual to reach their highest level of success regardless of their disability.
